Howell Recreation’s Legend of Sleepy Howell returns to downtown Howell on Saturday, October 17, from 3 to 5 p.m. The organizer lists free trick-or-treating along Clinton Street by the Fire & Ice Pavilion, plus Halloween and fall activities.
