Cleary University Homecoming Tailgate
Cleary University is opening its Howell campus to the community for a free homecoming tailgate on Saturday, October 24.
The gathering runs from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Wellness Building, 3750 Cleary Drive, Howell. The official flyer lists a petting zoo, inflatables, an obstacle course, bull riding, a basketball challenge, axe throwing and free T-shirts for attendees. Shirts are available while supplies last.
WHMI says its Box that Rocks will provide music during the afternoon. Read the station’s preview.
Games around the tailgate
Homecoming also includes men’s and women’s soccer against Cornerstone and hockey against Lawrence Tech. Check Cleary’s current game-day schedule before leaving: the webpage and downloadable flyer show different women’s soccer and hockey times.
Food trucks listed by the university include Sup Dogs, Hallboy Barbecue, La Finca Tacos and Hami’s Pizza.
